January 2023 saw the Chillhop Records release of my collaboration with Brighton music producer El Train. He initially reworked ‘Jaunty Angle’ a piece I wrote for my 2017 release ‘Wave Motif’ and then sent it to me to improvise a solo over the top of it. The resulting track was named ‘Up Early’ and formed part of the Chillhop Beat Tape series with El Train.
